Kamakshi association was established in 2004 with the intention to provide help and assistance for the underprivileged children, single mothers and abused children. Prior to the formal establishment, this association with a few members have managed to serve the public in an ad-hoc basis. Numerous activities had been conducted to raise the standard of education and health in the rural areas.
